Sick

WHat do you do for a persona that has a very sick animal? I mean I really do not konw what to do for my sister and it is just so sad I saw the dog the other dya and i had just seen her like 2 weeks ago but all of a sudden she just is not the same and just not right - it really is sad and this dog is just everything to her.
