Dot your I's and Cross your T's

When planning a wedding you have to get everything in writing...infact take one of your wedding cameras and take a picture of things!

Make sure all details are in writing and all costs are written down and signed for. You don't all of a sudden want to get a $1000 for something that wasn't wanted or better yet wasn't even at your wedding! No matter how small you make think something is - it may come back to bite you so document it down!
And don't forget the thank you notes - you don't want to seem like a jerk asking for documentions of everything like you don't trust them...even though you don't :)
Don't forget to keep a copy for yourself!

Great cocktail house idea - super hors d'oeuvres, fabulous drinks you spent all this time and money on the cocktail hour and your guests are no where to be seen just trickling in. Make sure everyone has the correct directions - with a picture map!
Have people follo each other like a motorcade. On the back of the wedding program have additional directions for the reception hall.
