Hook

So the ;phone is off of the hook somewhere but the problem is that I do not know where the phone actually is - so when this happens then I have to just unplug the phone so that I can get the dial tone back. It makes it for a difficutle time in finding hte phone but what are you going to do - this always happens to this particular phone too.
